Makes no difference to me. I was told by the owner of one of the big stock promoters that you can short these stocks. People can borrow large blocks from institutions to short penny stocks. Just because some brokers do not allow it, does not mean that it is not happening. AMTD even told me that it could be done.

It is my understanding that these short sales w/ a failure to deliver will show up under rule 3210.

Don't forget the $50K part of the rule too. That is a lot of shares at .004.
