You are right Sam.PZG does not seem to be behaving in accord with the JV agreement.The entry right to related proprty purchases is fairly common and I believe,a feature of the PZG/TRGD agreement.

Further to me earlier post yesterday. The New property Paramount PR talked about was an LOI not a firm deal. Am sure Tara Gold has some role in this matter but it may not come into play until a firm deal is in place. Again , I am just guessing as I haven't read the fine print in the J/V agreement with PZG. Hopefully we will get some clarification from Tara Gold.
