Sorry for the late reply, Babe.

Would you believe we didn't get a drop of rain out of all that! I take it back...it did kinda drizzle - for about five minutes.

I'm afraid we're in for a bad year. We have year 'round water rationing the way it is but soon they'll start enforcing the existing ordinance meaning the "water police" will start patrolling the 'hood.
