just use mvp. i wait till 9:40 so I get filled instantly in the morning and in the pm it depends on what the market is doing, but i always use market orders for am and pm. you can put a trade before the market opens and get the opening price but I have never done that.

midcaps trend better than other indices. easier to make swing trades.
