Don't know for a fact. With every story there is much that is not told. DFMI and TMMI were in bed together then DFMI stole the code, then Tom Simpson is back with TMMI. Joe Stratter used to be a shareholder, then with TMMI, then with DFMI. Corene King had TMMI in custodianship and she was the best thing since sliced cheese. Then she "illegally" added shares and it has taken so long to remove them? Or was that the case all along to raise money for TMMI?
Nobody really knows except the ones involved. There are some on these boards that claim to know, so they are either insiders, very close with them, or just blowing smoke out their cabooses. It is fun to watch, but if the story line does not change soon, it will become very boring.
