As far as the shell 'debt' issue I cannot presume. Could be an honest mistake. I don't know. The fact is it is finally complete and we can move on.
As for 'saving Wisebuy's', maybe and I assume, their business model just did not work. Sometimes, we can lay the best plans, and they don't work. So, we find a better model. Looks like they did that with Hackett's.
As for NHC, I'd like to know also. I expect there to be debt as that is what holding companies do. Take companies that are not what they CAN be and make them what they CAN be. My own take is that folks have tunnel vision on the 'beer' aspect of this outfit and overlook the potential of the Sandwich, Pizza, and Bakery going national. How much beer to they make a year? I think my neighbor drinks that in one year, judging from the 'trash can' out back. LOL!!!!!
