89k short is small -- that's covered quickly in a day and it's a problem. As for the Rule, it's nothing much. All it means is that HFBV is subject to a 13-day consecutive settlement day close-out requirements. (That's normal and keeps the shorts in control.) We're not SHO at the momement and that's good too since that means the NSS is minimal at this time.
If we had a short and the MMs forced a cover by dropping the PPS, we'd see it on L2. Currently NITE is just letting us channel and there is nothing to worry about at the moment.
I took a cashiers check to scottrade and they said it would not be posted until monday. But for another 20 dollars I could get thier broker to make a trade. Another 54700 shares at .018, then it drops to .0175. In with over 100000 shares and holding long. It has to take off soon. Good luck to all
