Ok, the class action law suites are here to stay for the long term IMHO but then again par for the course as this sector of the market has been beaten to a pulp! The entire industry has fallen pray to the depression that we are in. Basicly we have to feel confident that the Company will not fold under this pressure. Thats our main risk here. GOOD POINTS: #1 New CEO wants to buy 250k to 1 mil dollars worth of stock. #2 Shares are trading at $3.75 while book value is $9.14 #3 Only 5.5 MIL shares outstanding.
The risk reward factor here is very good. IMHO the shares will double in the short term. If you can't afford to loose then you can't afford to win. With that said I have just taken a position here and want to thank you for a great call!
