lottoworld...So John Castaldo was/is a CDEX CONsultant huh? Maybe you can tell us what he consulted on that was worth 100,000 shares? And what is your connection to Mr. Castaldo? There must be something since he sold you ALL his consultant fee shares?! ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND OF THEM. I guess he didn't want to keep any of this hot stock for himself. Well how freaking convenient was that? LOL
I see from the filings you sold 56,500 shares and gave 6,500 shares to a Kenneth Ammon. Can you tell us what happened with the other 37,000 shares? Were they sold (or gifted) to a friend of yours that loves in a nearby state?
BTW: You posted LIE, LIE, LIE at the end of that statement. Where was the lie? You can't lie when asking a question. DUH!!
And to say I was simply angry because I wasn't a plaintiff, now there is a LIE. I wanted my own lawsuit, not one that already was headed up by the perps!
Now, I was mad that Rio and my other supposed attorney friend (Milchip) sold me and the rest of the shareholders out. My friend Rio was keeping Kamber informed of every move I/we were making. Kamber even said good ole Rio came to him with his hand out! LOL. Did it get filled? Is that where the other 37,000 shares went?
And then Milchip ends up being a plaintiff for the side we were fighting against. He was arranging that while he was supposed to be my attorney. How ethical is that? And I do have an email from him saying "As your attorney, I'm telling you to shut up". And also one admitting he lied to shareholders on the boards about how things came about to him becoming a plaintiff.
And Kamber just didn't find out about my past! Rio told him about that along with some other personal information. How do I know? Kamber told me!! Oh, and if my past had anything to do with me not being a plaintiff, maybe you could explain Kamber telling me that if things didn't go right, we would start another lawsuit and he wanted me to be the lead plaintiff. LOL. Of course I already knew that was BS. He was only trying to smooze me.
BTW: As for the lawsuit and you saying I was only trying to carve some money for myself. That's another LIE! Don't believe me, ask Milchip. I told him and Rio both that anything salvaged I would donate back to the shareholders. ASK MILCHIP!!!
All I wanted was to take down the freaking scamsters who sucked the blood of all the shareholders. And yes I taped conversations with Kamber. I wanted to sink the ship so they couldn't continue milking investors. Little did I know that nobody wanted to touch it. Not even the SEC guy who was doing the investigating! What does that tell ya?! Bigger than a breadbasket!! Kind of like the border fence. The law has been passed, the money is in place but no one is going to build it.
And don't talk to me about "INTEGRITY"!! I have more in my little finger than you have in your whole body!
And you can keep bringing up my past if you want. I never tried to hide it to start with. Besides I only did what everyone else has thought about but didn't have the B@!!'s to do. That was over 35 years ago anyway. It has nada to do with company and what has went on.
PS: This whole thing has smelled for years, just as it does today and I believe you were/are in it up to your neck!!!!!!!!!
And don't worry about how I spend my money! At least I pay my debts and I own no one nothing. Can you say the same?
