CAPT, I see that Capt Joe is going to work for the New Company in KW. That really inspires confidence in their judgement. However, I do see where Wilf is finally admitting that the Deep Scam was a questionable boat to buy. I guess the truth finally does come out. I also see that Wilf is finally mentioning the name of Mr. Shupe, the President of Oceanic Research and Recovery Inc.

Capt Joe was incredible with tools and rebuilding. The work he did on the Deep Scan was a major miracle. When the insurance inspector came by last month to give her the final going over, the praise was high. We had the purchaser there at the same time, they came away very happy and very excited. That deal should close the first of next week. I mention that because there was alot of critisim about Joe from past employees. Heck I'm the first guy in the world to admit he is not perfect, but he stuck with the job and finished it 100% even when he knew we were going to sell the boat. The new company has hired him to run it, and there could not be a better choice, he built it and he knows that boat better than anyone else on this earth. An interesting side bar on that boat. I was told several times to just get rid of it, but Joe told me to let him constrruct the hull different and put the bow on it and it would pay us back. He was right, he took a questionable boat and turned it into the perfect boat for the job in KW. I know that Mr. Shupe and company will do well with it down there. IT was one of those things that we had to fix up and spend money on in order to get our money out. Enough about that.
