CRKTE - Well, the 'E' showed up today on Yahoo. I noticed that they filed an NT-10K on 3-31 for a notice of a late filing. I am not sure, but I think they will keep the 'E' for up to 30 days unless they file.

I sold part of my shares on a spike, and if they do not file soon, I will sell the rest. I do not want to hold any Pink Sheet stocks.
