I honestly don't remember, but searching back I think it might have been the post below. However, I do try to find stocks on my own as well as following folks who know better than me (which is probably everyone since I just started trading / investing last year LOL). I do remember that the words "government contract" did catch my attention.

Check out PAOS.OB

$0.02 in earnings and a share price below that
33M shares O/S
Large govt contract that will continue to produce cash flow
Rid of convertible debt and R/S requirement
