FD (and any of our "in the bidness" posters like Larry, Doubleaa, and Pup- no slight intended by omitting any of your names) are the waters in Blocks 2 and 4 of the JDZ too deep for an anchored out FPSO? If so, how about a dynamically positioned early production vessel/FPSO? Are any DP'd vessels available to be deployed by Addax or Sinopec in the JDZ? TIA and EOM
