Booooooo!!!! That 100 million increase explains the volume. Must have been a direct sell or private placement. Otherwise the stock would have tanked on that many shares flooding the market.

I was afraid it might have went up when we didnt move any more than we did with the record volume yesterday. I was expecting the PPS to move much higher with that many buys. Also knew if Sam was really working on something big there was no way he could pull it off without money. Only way to get that is more shares or some kinda financing. O/S been the same for the last 4 months so it doesnt supprise me. Not much else to say at this point. Hopefully we know something soon. Dont blame anyone for selling. Not worth the worries. Personally I am sticking around if for no other reason than curiousity. With the oil as high as it is now I am counting on something breaking soon or seeing it goes under.

Travesty is too underwhelming a word to describe the scenario that 20% ownership of the company was just mortgaged for a relative pittance of approximately $50,000.

Regardless of what may or may not be going on behind the scenes, that is well beyond abysmal stewardship in my book. I would call it criminal, but unfortunately for the bagholders it's not against the law and I don't want to read anymore conspiracy ramblings from Tekoah.
