In plain terms, his 800K$ shuffle sounds like he's going to empty the DPBE cookie jar, and he's announcing it to the sheep while saying 'they'll all get paid first, before he does it'.

You have to learn to reverse anything he says (like saying he'd never do a R/S). Not gonna do it = gonna. You'll get paid first = you won't.

His track record shows what looks like a total lack of ethics.
