Desperation sets in at EDIG.....
Why bother suing F-T?? All the HUGE deals they claim are ready to pop and you are going to let yourself get dragged through the mud for $800K?? It just doesn't make sense.
F-T will now be in a position were they have to trash EDIG, the performance under the contract and the final product, to defend against EDIG's charges.
Based on EDIG's past history, this sure smells like a smoke screen to try and hide all the promises that management made for YEARS about this deal. Notice they go as far as to mention that F-T approved the PR's?? What does that have to do with anything?? That is in there because this whole thing is a stupid idea designed to placate the real customers of EDIG, the folks who buy the shares, and protect management from their ire over ANOTHER BLOWN DEAL!!!!
Does anyone want to revisit how F-T is owned by Toyota and how this "deal" will lead to great things for EDIG?
I knew EDIG would never make a dime off this deal, I just didn't expect F-T to tell EDIG to TOTALLY shove it. Do you know how bad EDIG must have F'ed things up for F-T to tell them to shove a signed contract?
