I agree..smells like a poster with an agenda --> (Henry, your claim that the owner, Garr, and Milo of IR would tell you that they are going to be the only ones benefitting along with Larry from the merger doesn't make much sense. Why would they say something like that to you? I talked to a Michael yesterday from the IR firm and was very disappointed in any info given as he said the deal wasn't done yet.)

It was not said to me in the manner with which you posted. The beneficary of the deal is based on what they said.

IMO it has appeared that you are decidely in support of Larry even though the facts given over the past few years and current events say something isn't right.

What are you motives? Why didn't you express concern over the type of merger and the terms of the deal in your post? Thats a significant issue which would bear out the above. Why weren't you concerned about the amount and quality of Revenues of Tango and their Balance Sheet. What if they a riddled with debt? What if their revenues are declining. Where are their officers. Who is, if anyone, running Tango.Why can't we have a list of the signed distributors to talk with.

The timing of the PR is curious since all parties (HT, TC, HR) knew this date was upon us.
