Dcr was near 10 just few weeks ago when oil was near 110, we should see oil there very shortly. They can make synthetic oil for around 60-80 a barrel. Now renewed talk opening ANWAR, increase oil supply and price will go down, dollar going to go up at least 12% from here projected by Barons oil goes down.
