Song, I try and restrain myself, but what you are suggesting is essentially correct. Spooz could have posted information about their progress before a filing, but they are prohibited from PR's after a filing.
That is my understanding.
I will go further to say that 141 is under no such restriction. If they start to reveal information, it may affect SPZI through osmosis.
