Interesting. A 10-K tale of two cities. Bemusing not only shareholders but also the competition? On 24 March 2008, company PR stated:

"Frank D'Amelio, Live Tissue Connect's President, commented, 'LTC will have a booth and will be exhibiting at this important meeting. This will allow us the opportunity to discuss LTC's technology and product performance with leading physicians and European distributors.'" (italics mine)

Why meet with European distributors if EU is not in LTC game plan much less go to significant lengths for CE mark approval? FWIW the rumble is CMSG/LTC is moving forward on EU market while FDA dithers, as PR more than implies. In any case, I'm personally inclined to minimize the import of that FDA comment. Others may not.
