#4200 RE: sakomoney #4196

I can certainly wait a month.

In the meantime I'll watch for the little moves ...again. we just had one, hope you didn't miss it.

Merger, that rumor of potential has been heard for years along with the Chinese are coming any day now. I think Faber and friends have isolated the company from that potential in an effort to protect their jobs by the dilution, there are simply just too many shares to deal with for a merger. It makes it far too expensive. Still possible of course but I think Faber is not going to entertain the idea. The first thing a guy would do is fire Faber.A good manager interested in shareholder value would be actively seeking a merge partner, how many have been contacted by Faber?

Faber spent more on attorney fees thatn what he could have settled several lawsuits for. That ticks me off because the shareholders got killed by that action. In terms of value to the company it was petty but went on and on and kept investors running away. In short, it, like many lawsuits was stupid.

Should you happen to be absolutely correct and we launch to a new atmosphere there are plenty of shares available, always have been and nobody will be left behind.

This company was in production, expanding, debt free, had cashflow, had no hedged production in an advancing metals market and traded above a dollar a share when Faber started lawsuits and took over. Faber took this to sub-penny and gave away the copper and stopped production/cashflow then continued to borrow at outlandish rates of interest and piled up debt. A lot of negative. Now the newbies think sub-penny recovery to ALMOST .02 is a big deal. If you played the bounces all the way back it was huge but ballsey. I'm glad I took the risks because that is what it took to get even.

Anyone who thinks Faber is the hero here needs to revisit the history of this company. But I'll wait another 60 days or so to see what he can really do with a new and clean slate. I have very little faith in his ability to perform, his track record here is poor. Yet, I think a few bucks can still be made here if one is very cautious.
