Actually the restricted shares that became eligible to be free trading in April would not be More Dilution as it was Dilution back in October.
The big dilution are the court ordered debt settlements.
Can't wait to see if there is yet ONE More court ordered debt settlement at a big discount to market in the upcoming 10Q, like the last 10Q.
