I presume that the futures you mentioned are the "e-mini's"? How'd that go for you? Your post gave me the impression that you moved on. I tried the S&P and Russell emini's on three separate occasions and finally quit for good. I think I finally got to where I realized that I don't have a scalper's mentality, which is basically what is necessary with the emini's. The nice thing about my experience with them is that it makes trading the pennies seem tame! :-)

BTW, I lived 8 miles N of Hilo for a year in 2006. Beautiful place... but too damn wet! Loved Hapuna Beach!
