My opinion after doing my dd is first of all, low volume, second I think theres a real short there, I've been watching it a few days now on L2 and most all of my buy orders were shown as a sell on the streaming quotes.
It has flatlined, LOL, did that at 0.7, slowly coming back up and I think when any real volume comes in it should move up nicely 3.4 million float.
