I am happy to further report that the current share structure is such that I see no need to contemplate a reverse split.

A share price of a company immediately after a reverse split, and when most of the shares have not entered the market, certainly cannot be indicative of the future. It can form a base as to what the price should be for the company not to have reduced value for the shareholders, past and present; but in the land of Pink Sheets stocks, it's hardly something that I'd be sitting around with my fingers crossed waiting for.

As to your assumption that I am expecting a reverse split, I did not make such a claim. An investor must form his own test for purchasing a stock. If an investor is long term, they may wish to factor in the history of reverse splits. If an investor is short term, he may not care.

I have, of course, submitted no opinion as to whether this stock is a good or bad investment for the long or short term.
