Lets apply a little bit of logic to answering the question of when will uplisting happen:

Given:
1) the SEC are the ones asking the questions re the application.
2) the reviews from the SEC can take 3 weeks for each cycle of questions.
3) the questions asked by SEC are unique for each application.

We can deduce that:
1) BLLB doesn't know when it will be finalized.
2) it would not be prudent for BLLB or anyone for that matter to even give an estimate.

HI Reed,actually the company doesnt know anymore then we do other then they had to answer a series of questions.They do not know if the answers were satisfactory,and if they were,is there another series of questions coming.There is no way of them knowing,what is next.
