You may be correct! But the companies I'm invested in SRE, EGLE, GRMN, CAT don't need to be threatened! They ALL provide stockholder value and pay dividends.

I suppose "IF" this petition were to be backed with 51% of the O/S, then, maybe Barry and the BOD would have to consider?
