then again ERHC doubled their office space in Houston

so the SPECulation continues and the price of Oil continues to climb

SEO could give up a percentage of his shares for the allotment of IPO shares and he, SEO, would receive the IPO price for each share. An IPO of ERHE's size, once we have proven oil, will be large. SEO, in this way will get his price plus several layers of icing.
