You are arguing M0 with M2 and you make zero sense. You have completely ignored the real reasons for zero LOP and the real reasons for M2 vs M0. Most importantly you ignore that INFLATION is the lowest in 17 years for Iraq and that the Dinar is APPRECIATING and that Iraq has a SINGLE currency which is NEW and with the most advanced anti-counterfeit features than any other currency in the world.
