Glry2Gd. I think there is a miscommunication here in the way you are reading it. In no way is Louis saying God loves the sin of a homosexual. He is saying he loves the person he created behind the homosexual sin. The Bible teaches us to love all. Not just the ones we agree with. We can love them just like we love any sinner, but not love their sin. We do not condone their lifestyle just like we don't condone the lifestyles of so called Christians whose real God is MONEY!
No I think what I was getting at is that God does love everyone without exception, if a person such as a homosexual does not receive that full blessing it is up to them(that person). It's maybe difficult or even impossible to understand the afflictions and trials, God will reveal his fullness in time. Would you rather consider that God is angry or hurt about the actions of the sinner? Love your neighbor as yourself. I wonder if the anger died on the cross? And was it replaced by his passion at that time.......
