Wow, sounds like an honest statement, at least to me. The question is, where did they get the cash which they are currently burning ? We know they are creating some revenue with their Aquasonix sessions, ATCA treatments and enSonix Gen1 sales. The Zingiber cream is also starting to create revenue.
In addition to the profit coming from the revenue, there are only 2 ways to obtain cash:
1. taking a credit (meaning they have debt), not very likely.
2. selling shares, which is more likely and of course the reason to go public (meaning dilution, but due to trading suspension currently not possible). I wonder about the updated number of OS, we did speculate about that before.
My conclusion:
The new delay in the enSonix Gen2 production is caused by lack of funding for marketing (infomercials) and to pay the suppliers. Amazing, that they were able to finance the Zingiber marketing campaign. The SEC couldn't have found a better timing for the trading suspension.......
