Percentage wise, that's a pretty big increase from 230mil, however he sure isn't diluting them because there is no volume. I would guess that they are being used for the business deal, which is not a bad thing. I'm in a couple of stocks that trade that much everyday ,so for me this is still a lowwww floater. JMO( sure wish we could get some bid support for this .01 ask and oh ya maybe some newsssss.)
