Yes, as I mentioned before, as soon as the authorities took over the 504D situation, that pretty much ended any possibility of a share buyback. My guess is that was on the table from NSHV before, and the conversation was probably something along the lines of "if you do not buy these back, then...". Right now, with the authorities help, they can hopefully get the ill gotten gains back through the legal process. I actually still do not understand the reference to "any shares the authorities could potentially recover...."??? My understanding was that the very reason this all came down was that these entities had restricted shares that they sold into the float, so they should not have any shares, right? I am thinking what needs to be "returned" is the cash they made when they sold these shares at 10 cents or whatever it was.

Anyway, not to stay on that subject too long (!) as the TriMark news trumps all for sure.
