I for one actually believe in charting. I think it has its place in everyone's knowledge base. The fact that so many people follow the charts make them sort of a self fufilling situation. Having said that, there are different ways to read charts and it is not a science. To whole heartedly dismiss them is silly. This battle has gone on forever with the fundies. The cool thing is I look at both and balance them. I tell you what when you hit both looking good like CTGI (most of the time) see what happens.
I don't really want to debate this but I fealt your statement needed comment.
I merely like to try to keep any negativity in it's proper perspective. Left unchecked (as Murphy's Law dictates), 'things' tend to go from bad to worse.
It's bad enough that CTGI is trading under $2. No sense in allowing it go further.
