Well, as shareholders we have every right to call them and inquire. that's why they give out the info...read the last filing and it will state phone number and contact email..that was the email I got his reply from...you can check and confirm yourself...I have yet to receive any subsequent emails from a follow up question I had. I'm a little concerned about the PR..it was supposed to be out yesterday from the reply email...however I do understand there's lots of work that needs to be done in the background to put a deal like this together..I have no doubt they know what they're doing...when all said and done existing shareholders of JPCI including insiders will own roughly 10% of Componus.
