From the chart I would say that it started after it tested the 99 lows in 01 and that is when it started (2001) but It looks like it's still in a long term downtrend.

Do I get points If I give the teacher an apple.....<g>

btw: I can't pull up that chart on any other site except Stockchart.com.......
