I found a website that assists you in quitting with video's and stories that scared the life out of me......It is a great website and it's free...dont even need to sign in....The guys name is Joel Spitzer and he has been helping people quit for decades and now offers his complete video library fro free...thats how strong his passion is for helping people.....
