The issue isnt the amount of dilution though I will be interested to see what the OS is after todays trading. The issue is that the word "dilution" is now here with the stock, whereas before it wasn't. If they can keep it under 400 M I am fine with that.
just speculation here but.....that was most likely what they needed to get the favorable terms for the office building
50k put towards that 300k building and whatever else they but in there to get the favorable terms i.e. low interest rates, low closing costs, renovations, etc.
it's going to help them in the long run and now they have an office building to call HEADQUARTERS which they now OWN and they now have EQUITY in
