I totally agree with you on that because every shell that has taken off I had never heard of any of them before the fact....I haven't played with too many shells in my day...only one real shell that was BVRG...lost my 600 or 700 bucks there ...well its' now worth about 30$ after the SEC investigations...lol...and now this one...

The reason for that is really very simple. Those types of reverse merger promotions are scams. They already know (but the investors do not) that there is going to be a very detrimental reverse split and they hire promoters to pump the shell in advance the big reverse split so they can get out of their paper. The newbies are all sucked in before any new company (usually a dubious venture, at best) ever goes into the shell. The whole thing is nothing but a screw job.

Here you have truly stumbled onto a real growth company in a good business segment from the best area of the world that is merging into a shell and no pump job is taking place. The reverse split is already announced and it is a very mild one. You already know the eventual structure of the new deal and current shareholders are not going to be reversed out of the deal. All that is left for people here is to wait for the deal to consummate.

It seems our only risk is that something happens which causes the deal to blow up and for Componus to never finalize this merger. That having benn said, I think we may have a multi-year winner here.

With shells, if I see a board with a large number of board marks and a ton of people posting I avoid it like the plague. I don't think there has never been a shell stock merger that has taken off, where a large number of people knew about, or followed it in advance.
