It's now trading on Pinksheets...their goal is OTCBB. They may never reach that goal but this is the first step.

you don't understand reverse mergers

and you don't understand the pinksheets or the OTC.

I explained it earlier

they plan to move up exchanges from the pinksheets to the OTC.

think of it as a OTCbb company that wants to move up to the nasdaq.

they apply to the exchange, and go through an approval process. meanwhile they keep trading on the pinksheets.
until they get approved, or not. that is just how it works.
