I didn't use those exact words, but you evidently got the drift. In my opinion, and of course it's only an opinion, but here's what I think will happen:
1. At new symbol will be announced;
2. TRPH symbol will go POOF, along with all TRPH shares;
3. The company begins trading under the new symbol;
4. The shareholders in the private company get issued new shares in the new company/new symbol;
5. Shareholders of TRPH see TRPH disappear from their accounts and think all righty, I just have to wait for the shares under the new symbol;
6. They sit and wait and sit and wait and they still have no replacement shares for TRPH and say WTF? This can't happen!;
7. However, it did, and they learn a lesson that they're not likely to forget for a while, that all of us have learned at one time or another. This market is full of lessons to be learned.
THAT is MY opinion of how this goes down FWIW. Time will tell whether I was right or wrong. No gain or loss for me either way. Everyone learns a lesson sooner or later trading this junk whether they want to or not. I've learned some only to look back and wonder WTF WAS I THINKING? LOL I learned from it, and folks staying with this one will too. Again, JMHO.
