tom - i would agree with your line of thinking. lilly beter has always been the main funding source for NVEI and they still hold a very large ownership position in the company. for both lilly and her lawyer to give up their positions on the BOD signals to me they must feel very comfortable with the direction the company is taking.
the addition of mr. cooper to the BOD also signals the first pure telcom expert to accept that type of position. i would look for more of these types of individuals to come on board in the future.
