pizza- it is overbought technically but that is because of the big initial flow rate news put out on their Tarrant County well royalty interest.

Don't worry about dilution. There basically is none. Hasn't been for years. This is a fiscally conservative outfit.

I think they'll be seeing $0.3+ in EPS later in the year if nat gas can hold its head up meaningfully above $10 for awhile.

These are big wells with steep decline curves, but they should still settle in with some very decent production IMO for years. The first year is the big one as far as decline curves. They got a smoking deal on their interest. Free of operating expenses!

I think the June report will ahve 15+ cents EPS. The November report will probably be the first monster report and will happen when hetaing season is ramped up. So I think that tiimeframe could be a good strong time for them.

I think once they consolidate here that they should head toward $10 if nat gas stays up.
