I would of not even attempted to honer those three BS checks, it would not only buy GNF more time but weaken the case. I would of let the collection agency deal with it. For one thing it would give them more of a ding on there biz credit rating. That there is worth more.
Wayne... I am truly sorry about your situation... JF & Co. continually finding new and interesting ways to completely rip off someone ...... this man and company execs need to go to prison
