I would not be shock at anything they did at this point
the last 4 months there has been much much much red flag's
on this CO. At this point if they did not have millions of
share's to sell from the spooz to the xxis I do not think
they would even have a office to go to. IMHO

Traderfan, who does SPZI have in house that is experienced working with external auditors or SEC financial reporting?

Per Catherine D Rains (Treasurer) bio, she has no direct experience working with external auditors and no SEC financial reporting experience. I don't see any of the other Officers, Directors or Key employees with this experience either. Audits and SEC financial reporting doesn't get done by itself.

The good news is that it can be relatively easy to correct but it does require a certain amount of time, resources and money.
