IMO what matters is that carriers 'sign off' on the revenue sharing 'model' that was presented by CH way back at CTIA in San Francisco focusing mainly on the 'indirect' system. Having a reader on the iPhone, or any other phone, doesn't matter much until such time as the 'model' gets adopted en masse by carriers (and thus available to BP's for marketing/couponing/ticketing). That's where NEOM's IP really matters. Gavitec's redemption/verification systems are an important component of the overall infrastructure as well. The question remains, who will fund NEOM's 'burn' until whenever mass adoption occurs be it months, quarters or (god forbid) still years away? And, on what financial terms? If it's just a matter of time, then I don't see YA letting anybody else through the door except 'friends.' Uh oh lol. YJ.
