After closer examination of my warranty deeds, I have no mineral rights on the Pecos piece, but I still have royalty and surface rights unless "mineral" is a catch all phrase, as there was no reference to either of the latter.

It'll probably cost me three times the land value to have a lawyer look into it. Oh well, I have full rights on the Ward County tract... When's that pipeline coming to town?
