Those trades were rule 10b5-1 trades so imho they don't really mean anything.

I would say that since most sales transactions exceeded the excercised options, this would be a strong indication that the PPS will go down. I know if it were me, I'd dump my holdings "IF" I knew there was bad news.

You just hit the nail on the head, IMO. Just 1 day too early.
