LAS VEGAS, Apr 21, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Axion Spatial Imaging (Pink Sheets: ASII) announced today an update to shareholders regarding the current number of shares issued and outstanding.
As of April 21, 2008 the current shares issued and outstanding is 800,000,000. The authorized shares remaining are 1,000,000,000 and there have been no changes to that number. Due to many inquiries by shareholders, we have decided to make a public announcement to inform our shareholders of the correct figures.

I read out of this that asii a/s is 1,000.000.000 = 1.0 billion and 800,000.000 = 800 million and there is a remaining 200,000.000 = 200 million for the company, that is what i got out of this pr. jmho!
i could be wrong please re-read the asii pr, it has been a long day and i am tired let me know what you think.
i also think it is amiture hour at asii i think it is only a share exchange from the the shell or merger or what ever they are doing and they just don't know how to do it correctly imo.
