It was actually not meant to evade the suspension as much as discreetly try to provide a varying viewpoint.

Without going into gory details, I found it actually entertaining to post in a different perspective.

Matt, as you know, I would never do a despicible thing like that except when I post under the Churak alias.

Red still seems a little hot under the collar, I would think he needs the week to cool off. JMHO of course.

Now, about me, are we at least on the same planet when it comes to a discussion on my return to the general population?

I would like to discuss my being put here for such off-topic posts such as I gave you a membermark, etc as you spelled out in your note.

I have sent you already probably 40-50 TOU posts 100 times worse than mine and feel that this Jail sentence is excessive considering the posts you pointed out in your note to me. Other that 2 attacks against a poster who we have traded emails about and who continues to follow me to all my plays, and who I WAS WRONG for responding to, I do not feel my posting deserved full jail when others got at worst a single board ban.

Can this be reduced / changed ?
